Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and all the necessary shipping details.

• European Union: 3–10 working days

• United States: currently available only for original paintings shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS — estimated 5–10 working days

• Non-EU countries (outside the U.S.): 7–20 working days, depending on location and local customs processing

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

I’ll do my best to help you with any changes to your order, but I can’t guarantee that they can be made. Your chances of successfully making changes are higher if you contact me (ellswhr@gmail.com) immediately after placing the order, before it has been shipped.

Customs, duties & tariffs:

All orders are shipped from the European Union.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, standard postal shipments from the EU to the United States are temporarily suspended for an undefined period of time.
*However, original paintings can still be shipped to the U.S. via private courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Please contact us directly if you would like to arrange shipping for an original artwork.

For international customers outside the EU (excluding the U.S.), customs policies vary by country. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges once it reaches your destination. Any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
